eFinny is built for adults seeking genuine connections in Date, BFF, and Bizz modes. These standards explain age rules, acceptable behavior, and how we enforce safety.
Age requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use matching, messaging, or calls.
- You must provide an accurate date of birth. Misrepresenting your age is grounds for immediate suspension.
- We do not knowingly allow minors on the platform. If we learn a user is under 18, we will remove the account and delete associated data where legally required.
- Some regions require a higher minimum age for dating services. You are responsible for complying with local law; we may restrict access by geography when required.
Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination
- Scams, solicitation, spam, or impersonation
- Sharing explicit content with minors or targeting minors in any way
- Violence, self-harm encouragement, or illegal activity
- Using the app while suspended or evading a ban
Dating & offline safety
Meet in public places, tell someone you trust where you are going, and use Share Date when available. eFinny does not conduct criminal background checks unless explicitly stated in a future product update.
Reporting & enforcement
Use in-app Report and Block tools. Our team reviews reports and may warn, snooze, suspend, or permanently remove accounts. Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement.
