By accessing or using eFinny, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility & age
- You must be at least 18 years old to use eFinny.
- You represent that your date of birth and profile information are accurate and that you are legally permitted to use dating or social networking services in your jurisdiction.
- Accounts created by or for minors will be terminated. See our Community Standards for prohibited conduct and enforcement.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. One person per account; no impersonation or shared accounts for deception.
Community standards
Harassment, hate speech, scams, illegal content, and misrepresentation are prohibited. We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or ban accounts at our discretion to protect users.
Matching & messaging
eFinny does not guarantee matches, responses, or compatibility outcomes. Date mode may require identity verification before swiping or messaging. Match windows and expiry rules are described in-app.
Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans (Plus, Spotlight), when offered, renew according to the plan you select. Refunds follow applicable payment-provider and store policies. Free features remain available without a subscription unless stated otherwise.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including verification and smart matching.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for user conduct on or off the platform. Use caution when meeting people in person. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in any jurisdiction-specific notices we provide at launch.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
